ABOUT LORI GORDON
LoriGordon360 provides a distinctive and progressive approach to Personal Training, Physical Fitness, Wellness, and Sports Performance, specializing in golf, throughout Greensboro and the Greater Triad Area of North Carolina.
Lori has earned advanced degrees in Exercise Physiology and Chemistry. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, Certified in Functional Manual Reaction, and is a Nike Golf Performance Specialist (NG360) through the Gray Institute. Additionally, she is a Certified Kettlebell Instructor and a Pilates Reformer Instructor.
Lori has 14 years of professional experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Movement Specialist, and Sport Performance Trainer. Her scientific functional approach to training teaches the body more efficient and effective ways to move to optimize health and wellness.
